My husband and I have been coming to Firestone for both of our oil changes, tire rotations, and whenever we need new tires, and we’ve always had a great experience. The service is always quick, honest, and reliable. I usually deal with Jeff, and he's fantastic! He takes the time to explain everything, lets me know about the latest deals and coupons. It's hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and Firestone on Belmont has definitely earned my business. I highly recommend them!

Jeff fit me in last minute for an emergency replacement. They took care of me right away. We came in on one of the hottest days of the year, he gave my daughter and I a water to make sure we werent too hot. Highly recommend

Jeff and Tom were incredible. They really gave us a great experience and they fast tracked our Honda to make sure it was fixed in a timely manner. My husband Joseph and I have been going to Firestone on Belmont for years, and we’ve always gotten excellent customer service and very good work at very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!

The customer service here is immaculate. Upon calling the store, I was greeted in a very friendly manner and the worker was extremely helpful in finding me the right tires for my car despite it being a difficult size. They provided me with a handful of different options and laid out all of the details for each option very clearly with an itemized price breakdown for each item as well as were willing to price match me for a deal on tires I had found elsewhere. I was able to get all of my questions answered and get my car in and out for a tire change in a way that perfectly fit my busy schedule. During the tire change I received an additional call about my alignment being slightly out of line. The worker made things very clear and was super honest about the situation without trying to upsell me an alignment. He too was able to answer all my questions and provided me with an honest insight about my car and how it looked mechanically even without asking for an inspection of the vehicle. They were able to get the service on my car done very quick and I was able to pick it up all within an hour and a half. After going to six mechanics, I brought my car to Firestone and got the best customer service I could ask for. The person at the front desk named Tim, He was absolutely awesome and worked with me through and through. Gave me honest updates on my vehicle during my Diagnostic. I definitely suggest Firestone on Belmont in Youngstown, Ohio to anybody in the surrounding area. Great service from beginning to end! Huge thanks to Tim!
